Salsa's Fresh Mex Grill — Restaurant in Western Australia

We bought from Garden City Salsas at 3pm Saturday.

We stood waiting for over 25 mins. Other orders were served before us even tho they had 3 customers.

We had full view of the laughing lazy staff of 3. One even left and the other 2 just lolled around.

Finally making someone who was waiting order.

When they were given the order I questioned where ours was after a 25 min wait.

They looked flummoxed and confused.

An older man came over and told them something. He offered us a refund. I said considering the long wait yes please.

Our order was made in 2 minutes but the older gentlemen made sure for us not to receive it.

I said I didnt want the refund if it meant not receiving g the long awaited food.

Finally sat down to eat and despite us ordering without chilli. It was full of it and so we threw I In the bin.

I am truly appalled at the service and product.

It was insulting to be served this way especially we we only Kindly reminded them we had waited so long for seemingly no busy reason.

If I had worked as slowly as the staff I would've been fired.

If I as a manager had handled the customer like he did I'd be fired too.

Huge Heads up for your franchise about this store.

This was one of the worst customer services I have experienced in a long time. I ordered a side of sour cream for $1 for my quesadilla. There are containers at the front counter of what the sides look like. The quesadilla was given to me, and I asked for the sour cream. The staff refused to give me any, saying that she already cooked it into the quesadilla (I have never heard of this being done, you need it for dipping). We had quite a disagreement about this and she absolutely refused to give me any, explaining that the cost of sour cream is so high and the business is already not doing very well. Anyway, I am not eating a quesadilla without sour cream, it should already come with it. So I had to pay another $1 for this. Ordered Salsa's classic "Loaded Chips/Fries". As everybody knows that is Chilli con Carne on a bed of potato chips, instead of corn chips. I got instead a bed of chips with some grey mince looking matter and some white sauce in zig-zag pattern. When I pointed out that the Chilli con Carne didn't 'have any beans, the Owner of the Booragoon Shopping Centre Salsa's Outlet tried to justify the missing item(s) by saying that's what's on the menu. I've eaten at Salsa's for many years and it's sad to see what Salsa's has reduced itself to doing to its customers. I didn't appreciate being given Chilli con Carne without beans.
