Rude girl at front counter today, must be new as all other staff have been friendly. I have been a regular for a long time and the staff at the banh mi area are always so nice. This person let this business down with her disgusting rudeness. Picked up some items in store today and forget to bring a bag. But didn’t think using 1 single fruit and vege bag would be a problem since I spent $33 on only 4 items and was struggling to carry them. Girl said no the bag is only for fruit and veges. I’m like so you want it back? She said yes. A fruit and vege bag she will reuse..terrible customer service. You have lost a long time customer until this person doesn’t work there anymore. This grocery has been economical for those lower income groups. The prices were reasonable and items displayed are of exceptional quality. One will feel the difference in price for same quality goods and derive high satisfaction. I came to this place very often but quality food are declined gradually. More often got very salty roast pork and experienced bad customer service. The girl at the counter usually put the change and the receipt on the table and pushed them towards me rudely .
