On the 26th of January around 5pm my friend her family and I decided to go to the foreshore for fish and chips. Going to the Foreshore Fish &Chips we Spent $52.00 on a "Family pack" including 6 pieces of fish, 8 crab sticks and $6 worth of chips. When we as a group had finished our meal we noticed something at the bottom of our food and noticed it was a cochroach. My friend who brought the meal complained by herself but didn't feel satisfied receiving a total of $6 refund and asked me if that seemed right (as I work in hospitality) I said wow bit strange to not have been refunded the entire meal, ill come with you and we'll go back together, I then asked what deep fryers are used and if there separate deep fryers and if that's the reasoning for a $6 refund over a cochroach in a $52.90 meal. They rudely said yes as it wasn't with the fish or crabsticks so that's all we will be refunded. Feeling defeated we went back to our family group on the foreshore and explained how our complaint went resulting in a lousy $6 refund. As a group we went back as none of us felt comfortable with the outcome. Which then ended in a very unprofessional discusting arguement dominated by the  3 employees. Not to mention the customer service from the older lady was shocking like she did not want to be there when...

As a pomme who loves a good coastal fish and chips I can absolutely say that this was one of the worst chip shops I have encountered. not only was our order lost im translation but it them took over 2 hours to receive our food. Upon finally getting our order we discovered most the order was missing, the food was not of a good quality..it was obvious by my kitchen experience that fryer oil was not changed..chips seemed to be old and refried from atleast 4 hour previously..half the fried content was stuck together...over cooked...and clearly reheated from standing for hours. Myself and my wife and also many customers seemed to have the same problems with the orders and quality. the poor staff were overloaded with more orders when there should have been more staff to assist and produce quality food for existing orders rather than upset more customers with the orders...if the owners can't improve this I don't think they should take anyone's money at all...not impressed 🙄🤮🤢..definitely falsely advertised the quality of the food to get customers but...

I went here for the first time on Good Friday lunchtime, I walked in and feeling peckish, I ordered a large battered snapper, six battered calamari rings and a scoop of chips. Shortly afterwards, my order came out in two large parcels. I took them to my house, just around the corner and opened the parcels, the first one had the snapper and calamari, the snapper wasn’t large it was huge, it must have been an inch thick, the batter was perfect, the white flesh was also perfect and the taste was unbelievable. The calamari rings were the biggest I’ve ever seen and as with the snapper, perfectly cooked, delicious. Then the second parcel containing the chips was opened and these were proper (propper) chips, they were obviously peeled that morning, they were sguare, chunky ie not your frozen chips like most other places and they were also, like the snapper and calamari, perfectly cooked. So, there you have it, I would have to say that it was the tastiest fish, calamari and chips that I have tasted in, literally, many years. I’ll...

The nicest fish and chips and seafood we have had in a long time if not ever. Cooked perfectly and so tasty. Squid rings, battered prawns, Dim Sims, snapper and chips all cooked perfectly, not oily, not overcooked and crispy. Could not fault the quality of the food or the first class service. We were quite difficult customers as we wanted the family feast for 4 but wanted to change and add things. Nothing was too much trouble for the very helpful man and lady behind the counter and they were more than happy to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. It was ready in less than 15min and was not only delicious but great value as well. We even had a beautiful spot across the road on Mandurah foreshore to enjoy their beautiful seafood. Highly recommend this wonderful establishment. Keep up your great work. Photos of their menu attached.

Ordered online, and it was a huge disappointment. The $15 grilled barramundi was tiny, thin, sticky, slimy, and had an unpleasant smell—completely inedible. The chips were soggy and had a strange oil taste. The battered fish was slightly better but still not great. We were also called by a third-party billing company saying our burger order couldn’t be fulfilled, with no substitutes offered—just a refund. They ran out of lemons and didn’t include the tartare sauce we paid for. Despite being told we’d be refunded for the burger and tartare sauce, we still haven’t received it. The girl behind the counter was friendly, but unfortunately, the food was some of the worst I’ve had. Definitely would not return.
