Subway — Restaurant in Western Australia

Service was good. I got a foot long and asked it to be cut in half and wrapped separately as this is what I always do as I can never eat a full foot long. I was told his manager had specifically told his staff they can't wrap them separately. This is the only Subways in WA who don't do it. So I asked for another piece of paper, went and sat at the table and had to unwrap the sandwich and rewrap the two 6 inch sandwiches separately. How bloody ridiculous!! We pay good money for good service and we've got to wrap our own sandwiches...

Asked for my usual foot long, had to continually ask them to put on an appropriate amount of salads etc, asked for it to be wrapped separately as I have done for 30 years, girl said I would have to pay for 2x 6inch subs as that’s what her boss said, I said you’d be the only ones in WA to charge more for that and she smirked, I asked for the bosses name and she smirked again and looked away, extremely rude service for ac$14.50 sandwich, never again Broome, ripping off...

What a Joke first of all they didn’t even cut the bread right then they put on two bacon strips as extra wich it says it cost 1.50$ extra then want me to pay 6$ more then I am supposed to and lack the English knowledge to answer my questions… never been disappointed in a SubWay as it usually is always a safe option to go eat
