Thai on The Terrace — Restaurant in Western Australia

Ordered food from them as a takeaway, as soon as we opened the bag at home had missing items, such as 2x rice and a half serving of Laksa soup. Upon calling the restaurant the lady who helped us was very rude, kept speaking over us when we tried to explain the situation, the chicken we received smelt and tasted of fish. She advised me they don't do fish however all over their menu there is prawns and fish cakes, I have someone who is allergic to seafood so was unable to even touch it.

She advised there isn't much they can do, and didn't serve any assistance at all apart from replacing the rice only that they admit they missed from the order.

The Laksa did not taste like Laksa, the "chicken" was fish, or cooked in the same oil as fish, but did not even have texture of chicken.

First time ordering from here and after that customer service, would be the last time ever.

We didn't expect the food to be great but we were in for a surprise! This is best, most authentic Thai food I've ever tasted in WA. Being Malaysian we asked for level 4 for spiciness and it was amazing. Tom yam soup, deep fried fish fillet in chilli, basil, garlic sauce, Thai green chicken curry, were all amazing. For dessert we had the sticky rice with mango -simply out of the world! The rice was cooked in salted coconut milk which blended perfectly with the slight tinge of sweetness in the rice and the natural sweetness of the mango. I will certainly go back...

Very unprofessional staffs. Some of them need a certificate course in mannerism.. I heard this place is famous!!
