WARNING - NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE! I am so utterly disappointed with this store. I came to the shop to order my daughter's birthday cake since she really liked their rainbow cake design at the window. But the cake was so small I asked the staff if they can make it a size bigger. They said sure they can make it and quickly writes up the invoice and asked which flavour I want, to which she only writes on the invoice "MF" as description for mixed fruit filling. Made us paid in FULL. I came in today to pick up the cake, and they handed over a plain sponge cake??! My seven year old was so heart broken she was in tears! Then they had the audacity to point the finger to say that i agreed to buy a plain fruit sponge cake! Why the hell would I pay over $100 bucks for a plain SPONGE CAKE?!
On the day of the order I even made her repeat my request, and she said it's ok she understands, the store can make it. Today she said that they can't make the rainbow cake in that size! These people are nothing more than liars and are a disgrace to their trade. It ruined my daughter's special day and I hope everyone else stays well clear so no one else has to go through what...

He was told the cake would be ready for pick-up by 4:00 PM on April 5th, and he paid in full on the same day. However, when he arrived at the store around 3:00 PM on April 5th, he was told that the cake was not yet ready and that it would be made on the spot. He was asked to wait outside for 40 minutes.
After waiting, my dad asked the staff if the cake was the durian flavor as he had ordered. The staff member replied that it was a fruit cake because no one had told them it should be durian. However, the receipt clearly stated “durian cake,” and the order code also corresponded to the durian flavor option.
This experience was extremely disappointing. The staff showed a lack of communication and cooperation, and the service was unacceptable. I am leaving this negative review to reflect...
