Crust Pizza Wollongong — Restaurant in Wollongong City Council

Wow. I specifically ordered vegetarian pizza and it comes out with meat on it. Half way home and we saw the pizza had salami meat. It's not hard to put in the right order. She even repeated it and said "vegetarian pizza?" The worker had the audacity to look up the order in which it was put in to see if we said anything wrong. And look we didn't! This is the 2nd time we are unsatisfied with this place. The first time, I asked the employee (who was really nice in fact) if they had any vegetarian pasta he replied with "yes we do, I'll put it through" so while 10 minutes waiting for the pasta. A female employee comes out rudely saying "we actually don't have vegetarian pasta. We have. Vegetarian pizza though" no that is not what I wanted. PIZZA AND PASTA ARE DIFFERENT. If I wanted pizza I would've ordered a pizza, she was rude and did not offer a refund which she should have done since the. Employee said that they did have vegetarian pasta. infact this place is not even worth the money, dominos would have done a better job. So unhappy. The workers here are rude! Wouldn't think...

We don’t recommend ordering here. The food has concerning hygiene issues. 不要买这家店的pizza，有食品卫生问题。

We ordered a supreme pizza with 3 dollar lamb extra added. Each of us had 1-2 slices. My roommate had diarrhoea that night and I reacted the next morning. We suspected it’s either the lamb or mushrooms. We had different diets throughout the day and only common thing we ate was that pizza and we didn’t eat anything else along with or after it. This is our first time to order from this shop because we discovered Domino’s was closed but was very disappointed. It was bad quality with serious doubts about their food safety.

We regret very much by not checking the reviews before we order. Be careful with ordering here.

Home delivery pizza arrived without cheese. Called, got passed to 3 different people. Finally said I have 2 options, come in for reimbursement as they can’t do over phone, or make another one. Decided on another one as have young kids and can’t drive in for reimbursement. Another hour passed. No pizza. Called again and they said they hadn’t realised original order was a home delivery. I hadn’t used crust for a long time, but was after a kid pleasing, easy night. Very disappointed. Finally got right pizza almost 3 hours later.

Edit after response below. That is correct. I ordered bocconcini cheese, not mozzarella. I paid extra for this. You did convince me before making next pizza that as there was only a single slice of bocconcini I would be better off with mozzarella, but I would have been happy with the bocconcini. Please note I would never post a review over a simple mistake, it’s the customer service and attitude...
