Hi, I mean no harm, I just want to share my thoughts and opinions. I think it’s a smart idea to combine kebabs as the main product and acai bowls as a secondary option. Running two types of products in one store under one rent is indeed a great idea. 👍 However, since you’ve decided to offer acai bowls, it might be worth conducting some market research to see how your product compares to others. In Wollongong, there are about 5-6 stores selling acai bowls, and most of them use the same acai brand. So, what’s the advantage of your acai bowls? Why should people come to your store to eat them? If there’s no clear differentiation, your store may only be able to compete on factors like price, location, portion size, or brand image. The other day, I didn’t feel like driving to the mall, so I visited your store. I noticed there were quite a few people ordering kebabs, which is great. I ordered an acai bowl for $9, but when I got it, I was a bit disappointed. The portion was clearly small—not only that, but the middle was hollow. I finished it in three minutes. For comparison, another place I frequent sells acai bowls for just $12, with the original flavor priced at $10. Their portions feel more substantial, so I’d recommend checking them out for reference. Image 1 is your product, and Image 2 is the product from the place I usually go to. That being said, I’ll still give you 5 stars. All I can say is: keep it up,...

We ordered wings 3 times (in person and on uber), everytime they served tender instead of wings, and everytime they said they're out of stock. After being disappointed for 3 times, we made a review on google by mentioning this issue. Today we went to there shop again to have some food, this time they did serve wings which was great. But the owner's behavior disappointed us more than anything. Because he was so rude with us about the review we made before. He came to us and said "rather than making review on google, you guys could've came on store to get refund." We told him to think from our point of view but continuously he was arguing with us. This was just unacceptable. The owner was expecting us to apologize while they made same mistake 3 times. We were regular customer there, but surely we wont go...

Sadly downgrading my 5 star review from a month ago to a 2 star. Consistency is key. It’s a very poor decision to jack the prices of the açai cups up by 30% not long after you’ve opened. Now for a small cup with 1 sliced strawberry and 4 slices of banana it’s $17 which is crazy. It was originally$13 and I would place the value at $10. Apparently 4 slices of banana and one squirt of extra sauce = $4 extra. You just lost an office worth of customers. I hope it was worth it, no more weekly açai pick ups. Server repeatedly insisted the first fruit and sauce choice was “free” but as I pointed out it’s not free it’s what you pay the base $13 for one...

A small hole in the wall restaurant serving some of the most amazing burgers in Wollongong. Our all time favourites are Nash Bash burger if it’s chicken or the PowetHouse double beef burger. The Swarma is pretty good too. And a side order of Nashville fried chicken is pretty good too. Party of 8 ate here recently and we brought friends from overseas who loved the burgers to bits. And importantly the food is halal too.
