Napoli Pizza — Restaurant in Wollongong City Council

The food was decent and priced fine. I was overall disappointed with the service and atmosphere of this place. We came for a birthday dinner, and had to wait around 20 minutes for all of our drinks to be brought to us, despite it just being cokes and juices from the fridge. The restaurant was also not very busy, so the wait was a bit strange. The layout of the restaurant was also weird, there's a mini kitchen/reception as you walk in, but the main kitchen where they cook the food was in the back. In addition, you get to sit under white florescent lights while the walls and floor are a dark grey. For Wollongong where restaurants are already struggling, this pizza place definitely needs to spruce up their interior with something to refresh the place. It would generate a lot more business if the restaurant was actively nice to be in. I wouldn't recommend for a dine-in experience, but...

The restaurant BYO is free! Wine glass is free but no wine bucket. Atmosphere is like Napoli in Italy. It mean like downtown! Very casual restaurant. But Unfortunately we ordered Gulten free pizza and waited 45min!! My son was not happy☹️ Besides Staff did not say extra cost for Gulten free but it charged $3 each. You must go there before hungry. Pizza were good and gorgeous but we ordered Napoli pizza, the pizza is spicy so my son can not eat😥. We did not order if we know the pizza is Spicy. You might enter with a smile due to the friendly staff and high Google rating but slowly that smile turns into an impatient frown after seeing the state of the decor while you wait an hour for a pizza. Take note to book a dentists appointment within week of visiting here as the base of the pizza is beyond thin and crispy, it’s brittle and dense quite the workout for your teeth. The staff are aware of this ingenious dough hence they can’t cut the biscuit base themselves they provide cuttlery which involves no forks just a knife, so we can slay the Devil!
