Well I don't know if my tastebuds have gone to sleep tonight or if the food was meh? 🤔
I ordered the butter chicken, naan bread and vegetable pikora.
To me the butter chicken was missing that 'authentic' butter chicken flavor, it tasted like the sauce was a tin of condensed tomato sauce 😑
Admittedly there was a decent amount of chicken but it was drowned in that terrible sauce.
The naan bread was thick and well ok I guess but a bit pedestrian.
The pikora was deep fried, greasy and very dry. You had to dip it in the tomato sauce just to be able to swallow it. It had a flavour.....unfortunately that also flavor doesn't excite.
Well I must say this was a meal that left me wondering why I even bothered 🙄
I'm guessing this business is a get them in, get them out kind of business where it's all about making the dollar rather than the meal.
Who knows maybe some of their other dishes are nicer but after this, that's not a risk I would be willing to take but hey....maybe you're braver than I am😂
