Rhys and Sarah are AMAZING. My husband and I have been regulars since they opened and even up to this morning, still continue to amaze me with their beautiful little touches of outstanding customer service. I am not a coffee drinker but order a hot chocolate with my husband's order on the hey you app, I am ALWAYS greeted by name and a friendly warm smile. Today, Sarah had written my husbands name on his cup and my name on mine, no order details, just our names. I always feel so valued there and I love going back to such happy beautiful...

Coffee burnt but the service was what upset me. Ordered a double macchiato and a small double shot long black to take away. Very little milk involved. Four people who ordered after me, with big milky drinks got their coffees first. My double mac sat for 5mins waiting for the easiest coffee in the world to be made, the long black. Keep the coffees in order as best you can to prevent customers getting annoyed. Have a feeling the boss wasn't there...
