One year ago I gave this place 5 stars, pizza was super good and the antipasto calabrese was delicious, with lots of ingredients of good quality. We came back again in January this year, still super great. Today was really bad, apparently the chef changef, might be a reason...We took the same antipasto calbrese, it costs 2€ more (that can be understandable with inflation) but the quality and quantity were wayyy lower...even if the description of the antipasto calabrese is exactly the same as before. I accept to pay a bit more, but at least keep the same level of quality! After complaining about it, a nice and comprehensive new waiter upgraded it a bit, but the quality is not there, and they added 2 slices of a cheese they normally use on the pizza, nit a lot of taste, they added salt & origano on the slices of mozzarella (why wasn't it there before ?), and a few pieces of vegetables they surely use for sth else, no artichokes, no grilled vegetables, and the taste of the mortadella, the prosciutto & the olives was really bad, we didn't finish the plate. The dough of the pizza was also not good as before. I loved the place before and came many times but I won't recommend it to friends anymore & will certainly not come back...
Answer of the owner " Trovo vomitevole dover leggere 2 recensioni scritte dalla stessa persona con 2 account differenti. È stato un piacere perdervi."
Caro proprietario,
... second answer I'm sorry you can't let it go, would be easier to focus on the food, you would get less bad comments 😅 Anyway, Acasa was on our top 2 of legit pizza in Innsbruck, with Le due Sicilie, so we really didn't come to criticize, we were impatient to eat again one of the best pizza in town, if we were so disappointed it's because we had your restaurant in very high esteem, I am sincerely sorry the quality dropped so drastically But I never saw any owner answer in such an disrespectful manner... I only gave an objective comment about the food, even proving it with pictures 🤷🏻♀️ Hope you'll take better care of your clients in...
Read moreOk, pizzas are great. No need to argue about that. However, to me, it's the lack of interest that makes them earn my first bad review ever.
We were 5 people, ordered 5 pizzas to be delivered. We called them because we think it is better to call the place instead of using an App. The business deserves to get all of our money, right?
The deliverer called us an hour later to let us know that he is waiting outside. I came out, and had to walk to his car because he was too busy to came to me. He didn't seem to care that I was not wearing my shoes, and when I made a sarcastic comment, he said "No problem".
To our surprise, once the half hot pizzas were in the house, we discovered that our two "Santa Lucia" pizzas were not there. We got two Tuna pizzas instead. We all make mistakes, and we thought we had to call them and let them know, specially because the people who ordered Santa Lucia really hate tuna. Meanwhile, the rest of the pizzas were not getting any warmer. The fact that the two vegetarian pizzas had no tomato topping was not that relevant at this point.
They spent over ten minutes in the phone trying to convince us that we actually placed a wrong order. Let me be clear: When we order the pizzas there was one person in the phone and the rest of us were listening to him talk. The word Tuna or Tonno never came out of his mouth. They never took any responsibility for sending the wrong pizzas, and they offered us the following solutions: They could send two tiramisu for free. Still doesn't cover the fact that we have two pizzas nobody ordered and nobody wanted to eat. We were ordering pizzas, not desserts... They could give us a free pizza, but next day. Great. Since they delivered the wrong pizzas, two of us had to sit there and watch the rest eat thinking about the "free pizza" they can share tomorrow. Also... Is it really a free pizza? We already paid the two unwanted tuna pizzas... Since one of us finally gave up and started eating the tuna pizza, they could send over a Santa Lucia, but we had to give them the tuna pizza back. Of course, they will bring when they bring it. Seems fair. We got a tiramisu for free, but wasn't really worth it.
If you read this far, I would recommend you to get your pizzas somewhere else. However, if you like adventure, are really open-minded and have no allergies, go ahead and call them! And don't forget your hiking shoes. The guy delivering the pizzas likes to stay in the car with his girlfriend, and he doesn't have to park at...
Is das euer Ernst!?
