Haus der Begegnung is a structure that belongs to Innsbuck diocese, different activities are organized these and there are also some room with private bathroom and breakfast included. It offers very good accommodations for a reasonable price, I had a very positive experience there. ||||Position. It's located in a quiet neighbourhood just outside the town centre, you can reach the Goldenes Dachl, for example, in about 10 minutes by foot. There's a bus stop near it with a direct connection for the train station.||||Room. My room was really lovely! It was simply and modern, with new furniture, everything was in perfect conditions and clean. There was a bed, a sofa, a big desk, a wardrobe, tv and lots of space for a single occupancy. Two big windows provided lots of light during the day and at night the lighting system was good, too. I was there in winter, my room was really warm. Also the bathroom was nice, I especially appreciated the shower with shower box and a good water pressure. Budget accommodations are often small and old or run down, my room was exactly the opposite, much better than all the other cheap hotels I experienced in Innsbruck.||||Breakfast. A buffet breakfast is served in a room full of light next to the reception. Maybe the selection is not huge, but there's a little bit of everything and all things are really good. They offer biological product and you can feel the quality. Bread and speck were delicious! ||||Staff. The ladies at the reception were so nice with me! I appreciated their help a lot, both during my time there and before my arrival. The reception is not open all day long, but you can easily get yoir key from a machine if you arrive when it's closed.||||Next time I'm in Innsbruck, I'd love to stay here...

I Travel a lot for work and for holidays...Therefore I think I'm able to benchmark different Locations giving the right "average" (considering various parameters...)|First time of my life in a place in which I spent around 120€ for one night and there wasn't reception, no info in english in room, no amenities neither consumable products in bathroom, not even a welcome bottle of water...Room was noisy from the corridor size and too too hot (It would be great ask a support but no people in reception on Saturday afternoon and evening) without thermostat...|Two "stars" and not only one because few minutes by walking from the City Centre and free...

Ich übernachtete 3 mal während einer Tagung im Haus der Begegnung. Meine Zimmer ging zur Straße hinaus. Offenes Fenster ist nachts nicht möglich, da die Ampelgeräusche sehr laut sind und mir persönlich den Schalf rauben würden. Das Zimmer war schön groß und geräumig. ||Aber Achtung: übernachten Sie zu zweit hier, muss eine Person auf der Coauch übernachten. Die Matztartze im Bett war ziemlich weich und mit einer nicht so apettilichen Inkontinenunterlage überzogen. Das könnte man ein wenig eleganter kaschieren. Ich habe aufgrund der sehr weichen, durchgelegenen Matratze sehr schlecht geschlafen.||Der Ausblich dagegen ist wunderbar, direkt auf die Berge.||Das Personal ist recht freundlich, das Essen durchschnittlich, die Getränke an der Bar unglaublich teuer, daher lieber im Billa ums Eck einkaufen.||Der Weg zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof beträgt 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß.
