Absolutely first class food! We ordered the Steirische chicken salad and the Loeweteller and shared them between the two of us. With a glass of Rosé this meal was outstanding. We stopped into Kufstein on the way past to grab a bite and we were so pleasantly surprised by this place and the food that it served, that we will travel from Innsbruck (where we live) to this restaurant again with friends because it was that good. And only €56 which we thought was actually very reasonably priced. The pork was cooked pink and was soft and melt in the mouth. Perfect. The potato rosti were crispy and hot and beautifully seasoned. It came with pepper sauce and char grilled vegetables and was really very nice dish for €26.90. The chicken strips of the salad were plump, tasty and crunchy with salad very nicely dressed and a good flavour mix. The only thing that we would mention that was less than perfect is the bright lighting in the main restaurant. It is crazy bright and we believe far too bright to allow for any kind of ambience. If the restaurant just turn the lights down a little, it would really be a very much better overall dining experience. This restaurant is simply amazing. I would argue it's in the conversation among the best traditional Austrian restaurants in Kufstein. My wife is from this city and they always choose this restaurant when they want to try typical Austrian, which speaks volumes if you ask me.

I've tried several of their dishes, but my favorite is still the schnitzel, käsespätzle, and their fish. Today I tried their Gulasch and it was remarkable too. The portions and their prices make this restaurant one of the best on this dimension.

Location is of course ideal, also because one can find parking lots close by. Also, it's a friendly place if you are going with kids (they even provide crayons and sheets to color them).

Had dinner here with my parents, and it was a positive experience through and through!

Luckily we came a few minutes before 20:30 and were the last ones to get to order food, because apparently they don’t serve hot food past this time in Kufstein.

I had the Viennese Schnitzel (chicken) and a small mixed salad, and my Dad ordered the 3 kinds of dumplings, which came with a salad. The portions were of good size and the food was tasty.

Service was fast and professional, and the prices were absolutely fair.
