This is what I call an excellent service! We went just for a cup of ice To Go. When the owner saw that there were no benches free nearby he has invited us on the tables. And also helped us with the stuff we were carying. With such an invitation we have decided to take a break and ordered some drinks. Everyone was very helpful. The ice cream is wonderful. Apparently there is a new owner (not Surace) and you can tell that he is doing his best to satisfy the clients. Can't wait to come again and also visit his pizza restaurant "Fratelli La Torre OG".

Nachdem wir die GetrĂ€nke zurĂŒckgehen ließen, fĂŒllte sie der Kellner lediglich mit Soda auf und brachte uns dieselben GlĂ€ser wieder zurĂŒck. SpĂ€ter bekamen wir dann auch noch statt einem Kiwi-Eisbecher einen Pistazien-Eisbecher. Der Kellner entschuldigte sich nichteinmal dafĂŒr, dass der falsche Eisbecher gebracht wurde, geschweigedenn wurde auf Kritik eingegangen.

Unterirdisch schlechte Kellner, miserables Service und schlechtes Eis - ich kann beim besten Willen nicht mehr als einen Stern vergeben.

Kellner, die Blickkontakt aufnehmen, um einen dann zu ignorieren, sind schon sehr fragwĂŒrdig. Dann aber auf Zeichen zu reagieren und den Konsumenten erneut ignorieren, ist schon ein starkes StĂŒck.

Wenn dann auch noch der Tisch nicht gesĂ€ubert wird, und das Service-Personal darauf hingewiesen werden muß, nachdem sie die Speisen und GetrĂ€nke bereits auf den schmutzigen Tisch abgestellt hat, ist die Vorfreude auf Gefrorenes schon relativ getrĂŒbt.

Im wahrsten Sinn des Wortes den "Gupf aufgesetzt" hat dann das bestellte Spaghetti-Eis. Dort fand sich "unter" dem (wenigen) Eis ein (riesiger) Batzen Schlagobers, denn so sah das Gebilde natĂŒrlich ĂŒppig aus. Die ĂŒber dem Schlagobers-Eis verteilten Schoko-Streusel hatte ich weder bestellt, noch waren sie auf dem Eiskarte abgebildet. Nicht gut fĂŒr mich, der ich keine Schoko-Streusel mag.

Den ungenießbaren Joghurt-Drink (ohne Eis - obwohl in der Karte ausgewiesen), möchte ich nicht noch weiter kommentieren. Schon aber kommentiere ich die schon fast freche Reaktion des Kellners auf unsere Reklamation, und das, obwohl wir vorab erwĂ€hnt haben, dass wir ungeachtet der QualitĂ€t von Speisen und Service alles bezahlen werden.
