Hotel - Restaurant Grieserin — Restaurant in Sankt Anton am Arlberg

I urge everyone to beware of this hotel |I booked to stay with friends to go skiing we were staying Wednesday Thursday Friday and Saturday night leaving on Sunday all flights were booked and so was the hotel |I picked up an injury so could not ski so I contacted the hotel to advise I may cancel I was told that I would still have to pay 90% as they hotel would not be able to resell the room so I decide to keep the room and just not ski I then spoke to Brigette to advise of this and she said that’s fine |I then got an email saying that my room had been sold for the last night but I can’t have a refund although they stated earlier they could not give a refund as they could not resell the room and yet they have |The customer service is terrible and they are a rip off double selling rooms and lying|I urge everyone considering this hotel not to use them |They are dishonest and...

This was my third trip to St.Anton and Hotel Grieserin is truly fantastic. We were a group of 16 friends that stayed here and nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant has very good food, nice and friendly staff and they make you feel welcome. The owner Brigitte, Didi and their staff welcomed us when we arrived, which was a very nice touch. The hotel has brilliant newly decorated rooms and it's clean and tidy. The hotel is centrally located with walking distance to shops, bars and extremely close to the lifts and gondolas. Didi can issue ski-passes, so you don't have to stand in line to buy ski-pass.
