Niki’s Weinbar & Restaurant — Restaurant in Sankt Anton am Arlberg

Party of 6 had dinner there one night. To make it simple with the bill, one of us paid for everything. Once home we noticed that the waiter had added 2 glasses of wine we didn’t order. So we went back the day after because it was close our B&B. The manager of the place called us liars and refused to acknowledge a mistake could have happened. Extremely rude from the start and I found it quite odd that person lacking any sense of normal human interaction skills would choose a profession in customer service.

The food was okey but not even close to be worth the price.

Be careful! as per other reviews, staff / manager have an "interesting" customer service approach at peak times! bordering on rude and unhelpful. The food and wine is good quality, but if you want a warm welcome and made to feel at home, forget it! they want you in, paid up and gone.
