I ordered three Wiener Schnitzels and two potato salads. The potatoes arrived raw, and the waiter did not approach the table when I asked him to return the undercooked potatoes. I decided to go to the bar and returned one portion, which the waiter took to the kitchen. After 5 minutes, the same potatoes came back, fried in a pan but still raw. At that point, I wanted to return the second portion, to which the chef, an older man, was outraged that he had to go to the kitchen again, explaining that it was far and he didn't want to go because he had other guests. This is outrageous behavior. Additionally, when I wanted to return the fried but still undercooked potatoes and asked for them to be deducted from the bill, I was exhausted by the whole situation and the treatment as if I were not a guest.
