I ordered three Wiener Schnitzels and two potato salads. The potatoes arrived raw, and the waiter did not approach the table when I asked him to return the undercooked potatoes. I decided to go to the bar and returned one portion, which the waiter took to the kitchen. After 5 minutes, the same potatoes came back, fried in a pan but still raw. At that point, I wanted to return the second portion, to which the chef, an older man, was outraged that he had to go to the kitchen again, explaining that it was far and he didn't want to go because he had other guests. This is outrageous behavior. Additionally, when I wanted to return the fried but still undercooked potatoes and asked for them to be deducted from the bill, I was exhausted by the whole situation and the treatment as if I were not a guest. Of course, there was a problem – they could only exchange them. The only positive was the young waiter who cared about the whole situation and felt very embarrassed; he wanted to...

The food was nice, also enjoyed the drink called Coconut Kiss. Service could be heaps better - first we kept waiting for someone to take our order but then finally had to go order at the bar. During payment, the waiter asked for a tip, when we said we’re good he asked if everything was okay we politely said yes. At this point he got quite annoyed and said something in German that we should tip etc (I speak German a bit) & he banged the credit card reader on the table angrily. Figures why...
