Staff is racist. Me and my sister ordered an oriental chicken roll. The man at the counter said that we are " bhagwa" indicating that we are Hindus from india . He was also saying words like chutney and other Hindi words while the other staff was laughing. Staff is not at all concerned abt the food and were busy teasing us. I told the man to focus on his work and not tease people as we paid for the service. Staff started shouting and making funny noise as we left. Forget everything but the food is extremely bad. We couldn't eat the roll at all. This is an honest food review and not because the staff...

Simply awful. these guys are a real scam in the Turkish food services. After visiting all the food courts i thought i might get a Donner sandwich from them( To take away) .. By the way i was ordering food, there comes a lady with her tray of kebab asked them to put more sauce as they looked too dry.. They were mumbling ( in the counter there were five men . Then came my turn, and i asked for a Classic One( costing 5,90 euros) . I think they didn't put even 100 gm of chicken meat in the bread. The evidence is there in the photo... No kebab , just salad and sauces.. Please avoid these...

Ich komme seit vielen Jahren immer mal wieder an dieser Filiale vorbei und die Qualität als auch die Freundlichkeit und Motivation des Personals scheinen bei ständig steigenden Preisen immer weiter zu sinken.

Zudem werden die Portionen immer kleiner. Ich kann mich noch an Dürüms erinnern, die ich als Vielesser kaum zu essen vermochte, weil sie so riesig waren. Heute brauche ich zwei um satt zu werden obwohl ich generell viel weniger esse als früher. Beim Kebap dasselbe. 6,90€ für so eine halbe Portion leblosen Dürüms ist einfach nur ein schlechter Witz. Am ehesten kommt man noch mit einer Döner Box auf seine Kosten (7,90€) allerdings rettet das die ebenfalls merklich sinkende Fleischqualität ich nicht. Immer öfter heufen sich Magen-/Darmbeschwerden und das liest man auch in vielen anderen Bewertungen. Ich dachte erst es liegt am fetten essen, das war leider ein Irrtum es liegt an der schlechten Qualität.

Das war heute mein letzter Besuch. Wenn die Filiale nicht direkt am Bahnhof wäre würde bei dieser Qualität schon lange niemand mehr hingehen.

Was am Bahnhof (Ambiente) zusätzlich negativ auffällt ist, dass immer wieder Bettler direkt an die Esstische kommen. Das betrifft allerdings den ganzen Essbereich am Bahnhof und nicht nur diese Filiale.

Das Personal ist meist mehr damit beschäftigt sich gegenseitig zu unterhalten und als Gast fühle ich mich hier irgendwie auch nicht mehr sonderlich wohl. Das liegt eventuell auch ein wenig an der puren Massenabfertigung. Freundlichkeit sucht man hier auf jeden Fall vergebens und ein Fünkchen davon sollte schon...
