Food & staff is amazing! It is located in a business area & a spot people go to lunch for. So I wanted to enjoy my lunchbreak but a guy next to me decided to use the restaurant as a workplace and held a full on teams meeting speaking loudly and destroying the whole atmosphere for people around him. So we basically need to adjust to not disturb his meeting - or tolerate his monologue. We listen to meetings anyways the whole day, so a break from that would have been nice. It is a restaurant - not a meeting room, not the office!!! It is sad that more and more places in Vienna allow this behavior - laptop friendly does not have to mean meeting friendly and I think it should be forbidden! 🚫 Hold your meetings at your office or in privacy but not where other people come to relax and enjoy - it is EXTREMELY selfish...

We came here for breakfast, as we wanted a salad and saw they have those on the menu. As it seems to be impossible to get practically any vegetables in breakfast time in Vienna, we were excited. Sadly, it turned out that it's also impossible here. From 9 to 11, they sell only wraps and sandwiches. Their whole menu becomes available only after 11.

So, I took a hot sweet potato wrap (the only vegetarian thing they had available when we came in) without much excitement. It was fine in taste, but mostly filled with aforementioned sweet potatoes and rice, with little other vegetables. It was also supposed to be hot (it's in the name), but it was...

Gestern habe ich eine Vorbestellung bei Dean and David veranlasst. Nachdem ich keine Rückmeldung erhalten habe bin ich zum Zeitpunkt, an dem das Essen hätte fertig vorbereitet sein sollen hingegangen. Ich muss sagen der Laden war zu Mittag überfüllt! Ich kann also den Stress verstehen, jedoch bin ich komplett ignoriert worden. Nach dem ich nach meiner Bestellung gefragt habe (da ich nicht all zu lange auf Mittagspause sein darf verständlicherweise) hat man mir keine Antwort gegeben. Ich habe gesagt dass ich die Bestellung stornieren möchte weil es womöglich noch dauern würde. wieder keine Antwort! Daraufhin bin ich gegangen. Ich habe bis heute keine Antwort erhalten, dass die bestellung fertig ist, stattdessen sehe ich in de App als hätte ich es erhalten noch dazu wurde der Betrag von meinem Konto abgebucht. Ich habe auch ein Feedback mit meinem Anliegen an Dean and David geschrieben aber noch immer keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Ich war öfter dort essen aber werde es in Zukunft meiden. Wenn das mit dem Managen der Bestellungen schwierig ist, sollte man auf die App bestellungen verzichten. Chaos pur! Ich hoffe den bezahlten Betrag schnellstmöglich zurück zu bekommen ansonsten muss ich wohl wieder hingehen und ein Gespräch mit dem jungen "Geschäftsleiter" dort halten der mich an dem Tag komplett...
