Dunkin' Donuts — Restaurant in Vienna

Bought some dunkin donuts as I used to eat them in other countries, and they are also similar to crispy creme from the UK. The donuts are actually good and are very similar to crispy creme. The cashier spoke English and was ok so I will buy my donuts from here from now on in Vienna. Tip: it is inside the train station therefore it is a takeaway dunkin and donuts. We paid for 2 different types of donuts 7 euros, it is more expensive than the UK, which is a little bit salty since I would get 3 different glazed etc donuts there for 4.99 pounds, but I'm guessing it is because in Vienna there aren't American types donut around so you pay more for the chance to eat some. Update: your reply has nothing to do with my review, all shops that make donuts, bake and glaze the donut even crispy creme which are better than yours, what stupid response you gave.. I'm guessing you don't speak English and have a generic...

I had a really disappointing experience at the Dunkin’ Donuts at Westbahnhof. The staff had the donuts mislabeled, which led to me being given the wrong one. When I politely pointed it out, the employee snapped at me with, “Next time just say you want the blue one,” in a rude and angry tone. That’s completely unprofessional, it’s your job to label things correctly and fix your own mistakes without making the customer feel like a burden.

To top it off, I later realized I was charged for a deluxe donut even though I got a regular one. Honestly, this experience ruined my mood. I won’t be buying from this store again if I see that staff member working there.

Avoid this place if you expect basic courtesy...

There were three donuts ordered as seen in the picture. This is a complain about the quality of one of the donut " Krispy Kreme". A little child with me ate it and two adults accompanying the child each had a bite from it. After about 8 minutes, all three experienced naseousness ( dizzy and slight palpitations) and the child eventually actually threw up. Please keep up the freshness of the producst you are selling and using. This could have gone so wrong and serious like food poisoning. People can deal with impolite employees (the employee was good and kind, im givin an example here) in general but not bad quality food. Also not coming...
