Duzi's — Restaurant in Vienna

When I visited this bar the first time, around May, the shisha and drinks were great, overall the place made a very good impression on me, through the service to the decor. The aquarium next to the bar is very cool. There was also a live dj and very friendly staff. I recently went here for the second time but unfortunately the experience was different. There was something wrong with the shisha, the waiter seemed absent, and my friend got a different coffee than he ordered. However, I must mention that a plus is that there is no surcharge for replacing the coals, which is what other places of this type practice. When I asked for the bill we waited for about 10 minutes, then the waiter showed it to us electronically, and after we paid (the waiter tipped himself!), when he finally gave us a paper bill, it turned out that there was a drink on it that we hadn’t ordered. It cost about 5 euros, quite little in comparisons with others available, plus we can't find it by name in the menu. A very cosy place, with nice and polite staff. I'm not much of a hooka smoker, but it was very smooth and tasty. The most wonderful thing about the place happened when the bartender welcomed me as soon as she heard my name. Turned out we are countrymen. She made our night even more comfortable but taking our order, and she went above and beyond to give me quite a few pointers about living in Vienna, since I'm a newcomer. Definitely recommend it, definitely will go back. PS. I wish bartenders in the United States were as friendly and happy to serve as they are at Duzi's! David did not rest until I was able to connect to the Wi-Fi which has been critical for me because my plan is on roaming charges and I am consuming a lot of data just to travel. He even recruited a well-dressed man, I assume the manager, to help me. The DJ was playing a great track and was also very friendly. I enjoyed a delicious Italian red-wine. I wish I could have Duzi's travel with me through Europe. They are a great example of how you treat your customers and create a true bar experience with authenticity and delicious cocktails....
