Gregors Bakery — Restaurant in Vienna

We just bought a few cakes at this bakery to have coffee and cake at home and, oh my goodness, we are in heaven. These are the best cakes in town! We live abroad and coming back home and having these cakes makes me not want to leave Vienna again. We had Mohn-Topfen Torte, Schoko-Nuss, Topfen-Frucht, Erdbeer Roulade und Marzipan Mouse. Each one was heavenly! I also bought my all times favourite Punschkrapfen, so moist, so well flavoured and a really nice bite size. This cafe is an absolute must for every visitor to this area, close to metro station U4...

Don't let the honestly unalluring clean atmosphere of the place get into your way of appreciating one of Vienna's very best spots to indulge in all sorts of outstanding cakes and wonderful ice cream. The ice cream is in fact as good as it gets in this town. All products are not overly sweet and are very tasty with that. You can try whatever you want, but especially the tortes and cakes are outrageously delicious! Coffee is excellent too. The staff is very friendly...

One of the best breakfast places and sweet shops in Vienna. Definitely an amazing scrambled eggs! Super fresh, cooked to perfection, coffee is also great and afterwards you can have a scrumptious home-made cake and in the summer also icecream.

The service and the whole team is one of the nicest I've ever had in Vienna! Really worth a visit!
