Hello Trattoria Pizzeria team,

I hope this review reaches the owner or manager of this wonderful place. Firstly, I want to express my deepest respect and appreciation for the effort you put.

However, I wanted to bring up a recent visit my family and I had on Thursday, July 15th. While we were excited to try your pizza, we were taken aback by the attitude displayed by some of your staff and waiters. Their behavior was quite unpleasant and lacked politeness, which ultimately led us to leave the restaurant. I must emphasize that I have never encountered such negative treatment at any other restaurant before.

We found this fantastic restaurant when walking past looking for something else. Upon been greeted we realised that we were in a friendly place. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble for any of the people who work here. Darius was outstanding and a pleasure to talk to, very knowledgeable in everything. Our meals were absolute perfection and we returned again a few days later and experienced the same if not better atmosphere and welcoming from everyone again. The outdoor rear tree covered restaurant is absolutely stunning and is the perfect setting for any occasion even if it’s a special night out.

Darius and the team you are magic, we will definitely be calling every time we visit Vienna.

5 stars is no where near enough stars for this restaurant it doubles the 5 star reviews...

Sep.2021: we ordered home delivery today. I was surprised to receive my extra of parmesan in a separate envelope, grated and uncooked. Maybe next time I will receive salt, flower and water to bake the dough as well. Three stars, please improve. Update Nov.21: this time we went for the pizza buffala. See picture. Cherry tomatos in full and not cooked, roten basil. One star. Update Dec.21: we made the mistake again and ordered from this place because it is a few steps from our house. The pizza boy needed 25 minutos to walk the 30 meters of distance, so it pics were frozen when they arrived. We also ordered a portion of garlic bread. See pictures.
