A fan of Italian bar food, atmosphere and spirit? Come on in and let the old grumps (kidding!) behind the counter take you on a small holiday within your own city. Stay for drinks, pop in for antipasto or dive into a night full of authentic experiences and most likely new friends. I can't even remember how many nights were spent in here, but the vibes never change - you will always find people to talk in here, even if you wind up chatting to the bar man/men ;) And yeah, the drinks are great, but wait, oh wait for the food... I have been to parties here, where the boss had to be serenaded, but never ever refused, even in the latest hour, to provide his patrons with savoury dishes from his old home and heritage.

Popped in here tonight while staying in the neighbourhood. Simple menu with bruschetta and pastas. We both really enjoyed our food and the Gruner Veltliner to go with it. We had the bruschetta capriosa and penne with tomato / tuna, and tagliatelle with mascarpone / cumin / truffle. Service was friendly and great....
