We came to IKAT to celebrate our friend's birthday. We hadn't ordered a banquet, just some chicken samsa (it was hot and fresh), lamb shashlik (incredibly tasty and tender, without the unpleasant smell of old lamb that sometimes happens), and a Greek salad. However, our kind waiter Alex overheard that we were toasting to the birthday girl and brought her a portion of "Napoleon" cake from the establishment. She was thrilled to find out that "Napoleon" is her favorite cake. But we didn't stop there and also odered some baklava. I really appreciated that the dishes were seasoned just right. We started with soup. My wife had Creamy Pumpkin Soup and I had Chorba soup with lamb. They came with fresh, hot bread.
We split two dishes for the main course: Plov (beef, rice and veggies) and Manti (like big beef and lamb pierogis).
All was very good. Price was reasonable. With the above, two glasses of wine and a beer, the total was €68.
They have English menus with pictures which made ordering easy. Waiters spoke English, too.

We waited for around 10-12 minutes we were not offered any drinks, matter of fact they did not even give us the menu.
