I recently had the opportunity to dine at Bistro Deluxe, a highly acclaimed restaurant in the heart of the city. The food was undeniably excellent, showcasing the chef's culinary expertise and commitment to quality ingredients. However, the service experience left much to be desired. Upon arriving, we were promptly seated in the stylishly decorated dining room. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, setting the stage for what we hoped would be an enjoyable meal. Unfortunately, the service from our server was subpar from the start. The menu featured an enticing array of French-inspired dishes, and we eagerly placed our orders. However, it took an unreasonably long time for our meals to arrive. When the food did finally come, it was clear that the chef had put tremendous effort into each dish. Requests for water refills and additional bread went unnoticed, and we had to flag down the server multiple times to address our needs. The chef's culinary prowess shines through in every bite, and I would recommend the restaurant to those seeking a fine dining experience. Würde gerne keinen Stern vergeben.. Haben uns eine Pizza Salami mit mais und Knoblauch und eine Lasagne bestellt. (Mit Bankomat Zahlung ausgemacht) Kam kalt an Er hatte kein Kartengerät dabei warum ich los laufen musste und abheben durfte Es war auf der Pizza weder Knoblauch noch Mais! Obwohl ich dafür bezahlt habe. Beim Anruf das auf der Pizza nichts oben war, wurde 2 mal aufgelegt und beim 3. Anruf würde ich regelrecht angemotzt das sei mein Pech und ich soll einfach nicht mehr bestellen dort.
