Liman Restaurant in Vienna was an excellent dining experience for our group of six. We made a last-minute reservation online and had no trouble securing a table, which was convenient and much appreciated.

The restaurant offers an extensive English menu, including a kids' menu, and has a great variety of Turkish and Viennese dishes. Whether you're in the mood for traditional Turkish flavors or local Viennese favorites, there's something for everyone.

The atmosphere is laid-back and comfortable, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed meal with family or friends. The service was a standout—extremely friendly and attentive without being overbearing.

As for the food, it was absolutely delicious. Every dish was flavorful and fresh, and it was clear a lot of care went into the preparation. Liman Restaurant strikes the perfect balance between authentic flavors and a welcoming dining environment.

The waiter who served us intentionally and clearly overcharged us. It seemed he was overcharging everyone in a way that would go unnoticed.

I visited the restaurant with four friends. We ordered soups and chai/Turkish tea and planned to return for dinner another time. However, after making the payment, we decided never to return. We paid individually using cards, but the waiter did not provide receipts to anyone. I requested my receipt and found that I had been overcharged. When I confronted him, he reluctantly returned 3 euros, which was still not enough to cover the overcharge, making me feel impolite for asking for such a minor amount. This happened to all my friends, but they did not want to confront him. He was probably doing this with other customers as well. I bought a pick up order (2 durum sandwiches) people were nice, and the order was done very quick, however there is obviously a problem with the kitchen, my food was completely BLAND, unseasoned, poor tasting it was lacking salt 🧂 and any kind of flavor it was literally just boiled meat.
