McDonald's Wien — Restaurant in Vienna

The first time I was there I expirenced alot of bad things, for example: it took them 20 min to give me a drink! And they gave me the wrong order on chicken nuggets, I ordered the spicy ones and they gave me the normal ones and when I told them about it they gave it back to me but they just changed the box and kept the normal chicken nuggets in it!!!? At that point I was just to tierd to ask again so I left. Another time I order a big order and got almost nothing of the things that I ordered, while I was there waiting I was looking at how the workers were working and I saw something absolutely ridiculous, it was a worker that was to lazy to go upstairs to give someone their order and then I saw him telling his coworkers that he looked upstairs and didn't find anyone but he obviously he didn't so those poor people didn't even get their order because of a lazy worker. So far the things I've experienced are lazy workers and workers that don't pay attention and don't care about what they are giving their customers. I have to be here every day because I have to wait for my son to get out of Kindergarten, and it is the most awful McDonald's I have seen in a while - I'd go somewhere else if I didn't need a power outlet for my laptop.

WIFI is too slow to even use the McDonald's app properly. So what's the point of the app?

Orders are constantly messed up. I cannot count the times I had to complain or send things back because of mistakes or omissions.

The toilet is absolutely DISGUSTING. I'd rather go to the public toilet in the mall - at least there I can choose a stall that doesn't have puddles of urine and poop stains all over the floor and seat. It's unbelievable that there is a manager and cleaning staff who are in charge of this toilet and aware of its condition, and that it has ever passed a government hygiene inspection. The waiting times and disorganisation of the staff show a lot. People seemed to change stations often and orders were called out at random with delays not being communicated to customers waiting. The previous time I came here i had to leave without my food as it took 15 minutes for two chicken strips and I would have been late to work. The quality and size of portions decline steadily and anything ordered feel so haphazard and mediocre. I found perhaps one small teaspoon of onion/pickle on my double cheeseburger that was placed in a way that meant you couldn't taste it for the majority of the burger.
