Disappointing service experience

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but the staff behavior at this McDonald’s was surprisingly unprofessional. I understand this may not be anyone’s dream job, but basic courtesy should still apply.

One employee handed over the food by slightly tossing it onto the counter - not aggressive, but clearly careless. Another time said “please” in a sarcastic tone while making a weird face. Moments like this really ruin the experience, especially when you’re just being polite and minding your own business or just tired and want to pick up quickly something after tough day at work..

The food was standard McDonald’s quality, but the attitude from staff made the visit uncomfortable. Hopefully management can remind the team that good customer service doesn’t cost anything.

One more thing - I don’t know why but pretty often they don’t print any receipts from booth, feels...

I really didn’t enjoy eating here. The staff were unfriendly and rude. The dining area was very dirty, and there were small and regular sized flies constantly flying around and landing on my table while I was eating.

Another issue was the toilet, it wasn’t free. You had to pay 50 cents. I understand charging for toilets in general, but if you're a paying customer, there should be a way to use it for free, maybe with a receipt valid for an hour or something. I get that they want to prevent misuse by homeless people, but there are better solutions for that.

Also, charging even for a small packet of ketchup? No thanks. I won’t be using McDonald’s in Vienna again if I ever come back.

McDonald’s in London is much better...

After a few visits, I would recommend this place. Even though, my veryyyy rough experience with staff a few months ago. A waitress just screamed to me, why I would said something bad about her. Like that it wouldn't be clean enough. Even though I didn't, I was really disappointed by the staff of the fast food store. After emailing with the customer service, I got a voucher for -50% if I remember it right. After a few months I was going to this McDonalds another time and everything was different.
