Place is secluded and private , over all ok ..of you don't have a reservation you are in problem.. we got the seat at the end of the balcony it was ok for the first 30 min of waiting on food , they keep bringing salad...then bread,then water ......and finally the meat arrived 73 minutes later ( no joke) over an hour it was very tasty VERY 😋 true , but honestly my wife and daughter already filled up on salad and bread that few times while waiting jokingly said ...let's just pay for what we ate and go home ... yes FOOD IS GREAT ! BUT THEY NEED BIGGER GRILL MORE PEOPLE TO SERVE ...OR SIMPLY DOWNSIZE the capacity of sitting area ...also other guests have no concern how loud they talk or what they smoke in your face 😭 🚬 ohh...and the parking ? Unless you drive SMART 2 seater there is no room for parking... bottom line FOOD IS TASTY (once it arrives) will I go back ?.. yes only for...

Das Essen im Lokal ist an sich gut. Doch ein Restaurant lebt nicht nur vom guten Essen. Das UM und AUF für einen guten Erfolg ist Organisation und kundenorientiertes Service. Beides existiert in diesem Lokal NICHT. Wir hatten für Sonntag, den 4.6 einen Tisch für 5 Personen (FÜNF) !!! Um 16h reserviert. Um 16.17 standen wir immer noch draussen wie Wachsfiguren da die völlig überforderten Kellner keine Ahnung hatten wo sie uns hinplatzieren sollten denn (Zitat) "Sie sehen ja wie derart voll wir sind..". Ja und genau deswegen haben wir reserviert Ihr Spezialisten. Die Draufgabe kam als wir zu 5. einen Tisch bekamen wo 5 wirklich sehr dürre Menschen Platz haben, niemals normal oder etwas überproportionierte Menschen. Wir fragten ob das denn jetzt wirklich wahr ist. Die Antwort (freundlich aber völlig unüberlegt) "rücken sie ein wenig zusammen". Es war ein Geburtstagsessen, wie hatten Blumen und Geschenke in der Hand. Das hatte weder am Tisch Platz noch am Boden rundherum. Wir entschlossen uns wutentbrannt das Lokal zu verlassen. Die einzige Antwort war "was können wir dafür wenn so viel los ist". Liebe Inhaber: So führt man ein Lokal in Westeuropa NICHT. Das hat NICHTS mit der Gastfreundlichkeit in Niš zu tun (und ich komme aus der Nähe!). Sie können mich gerne kontaktieren, ich gebe Ihnen gerne kostenlose Tipps wie man wirklich ein erfolgreiches Unternehmen führt (und nicht nur von der Gier getrieben ist). Wir gingen dann in ein anderes Balkanlokal. Ja es war teurer aber dort gab es ein Service, da kann sich das Lokal Niški Merak 120 Scheiben abschneiden. Schade für das eigentlich tolle Konzept. Bleibt zu hoffen das man das Feedback...
