All Reis Bangkok Street Food — Restaurant in Vienna

After visiting All Reis Bangkok Street Food for the second time I was disappointed. 1 star for the food being tasty 1 star for the price of the food 1 star for the drinks We sat down and got our drinks and then waited for a waiter to come back to us to get our food order. The waiter seemed a little confused, we just sat down and he was not listening and thought we wanted to pay, when in fact we wanted to order. (not sure if he was new or just distracted).We waited for some time and one of the two starters arrived with one main dish... I was sitting and waiting for my starter to arrive with my main dish but it never did. So i just ate my main course thinking it would arrive as everything is freshly made. We waited for a waitress to be nearby and i asked her and i said there is 1 starter missing is it on the bill? when i ordered i was pointing at the menu, he wrote it down on his paper so i know that he had 2 starters and 2 main dishes written down when he left our table. Later on we ordered a second round of drinks and one of the drinks was never delivered to the table. After two things not being delivered to our table when it wasn't even that busy and they had plenty of staff.We waited and waited. We asked another waitress if she's seen our drink or if anybody is making it. we waited around 30 minutes for one ice cold drink when the restaurant had around 10/15 people max. Even the couple of people next to us said if our food is not here by 4pm we are leaving, they were also waited for some time. :) To the staff there, please try pay more attention to your customers tables. The food there is great! But after forgetting two items on two separate occasions it became a bit frustrating and i'd rather go elsewhere in future If i'm not going to receive...

The food is totally top-notch. The green curry with chicken as same as I had once in Bangkok. But I gotta give a one star here.

The food at this place was really good, but unfortunately, the service was disappointing. When I first arrived I was greeted by a waiter with a tattoo who had a noticeably bad attitude which made for an uncomfortable start to our visit. After being seated outside, I was relieved to be greeted by another waiter with blond hairs who took over was much friendlier, attentive, and service-oriented.

However, it was a busy time, and it seemed like only one waiter with a blond hair was handling everything—taking orders, serving food, clearing tables, and processing payments. Meanwhile, the other waiter with the tattoo seemed to do very little. Plus, He even threw the menu tablet on the table loudly, which was really off-putting. He was rude to every customer who came in. Then it took about 30 minutes before anyone could take my order, which, given the circumstances, was understandable, but it still made for a frustrating experience.

While the food was enjoyable, the service really impacted the overall experience, which was disappointing. At the end, I asked the waiter if the tips I gave would go to him directly or if he had to share. Since he had to share the tips, I decided not to leave one. It’s a shame because with better service, this place could be great.

AUTHENTIC Thai flavour and Thai ingredients( in terms of spices, soysauce, fishsauce, and choice of wide rice noodles and the way of frying .Even the choice of vegetables. )

Hipster shop style .small space but feel spacious . Was full house including outdoor in the cold evening (so you may imagine if it is good enough) . Reasonable price , good portion .

Two other friends who have been to Thailand and ate "pad kra pao gai dao" (minced meat with chilli, Basilikum and soysauce served with fried egg and rice ) everyday for a weekweek said they found the same taste here . Remarks:a little bit spicy but it's very good for me, can be even more spicy .

The stirfried wide Rice noodles with soysauce was EXCELLENT. the texture of noodles is very good, thin but Kind of creamy , not too soft but the good quality of rice noodles. Soysauce is a bit sweet like a homemade soysauce with very good amorour. Less sweet than pad Thai. Highly recommend .

Want to try the sticky rice with mango next time .I was too full.
