Ströck - Reinprechtsdorferstraße — Restaurant in Vienna

We ordered 2 coffee and 2 scrambled egg with turkey bacon on a slice of bread, which was on the menu, and coffee came right away but the food came 45 minutes late and freezing cold, we asked and got it later warm and that wasn‘t even the worst part! We specifically asked 3 times if they have the turkey bacon and the waitress, who didnt cleaned our table, made sure it was! After getting a few bites we realised it wasn‘t turkey bacon but rather fatty pork bacon, we asked to see the packaging after 10 minutes the waitress said she doesn‘t have the package of the turkey bacon! It‘s ramadan month, how dare you lie and disrespect your customers like this, i can‘t even express my frustration enough! We left there feeling disgusted with stomach ache! UPDATE on 22/4/2022: Ströck had sent me vouchers worth 10€ by post. Today I went there for dine-in breakfast. I must admit that the dine-in experience and service were much better than for takeaway orders. Every thing on the plate and the drink were satisfactory. The seating area had a good ambience and the sofa was comfy. Glad to have experienced the positive side of this café.
