Tesla Coffee & Concept — Restaurant in Vienna

Disappointed with the Service. I was really looking forward to enjoying a nice breakfast with my family, but unfortunately, the service fell short.

First, my breakfast order was forgotten. To the waiter’s credit, he did bring me a complimentary lemonade, which I appreciated. However, when my meal finally came, it wasn’t the dish I had originally ordered. On top of that, the drinks for the table were also forgotten.

This coffee shop is so viby and cute. But why are the waiters so rude? when we were there, they started to prepare big speakers and keyboard right next to us without explaining anything - when we asked what they’re doing they told us it was some live music night event that night. when a group of friends entered, the waiter told us to get up immediately in such a rude way. I get that those ppl have made a reservation before but then pls tell us right in time and don’t rush us to leave. The atmosphere is very modern and laid back. I loved all the art and the drawings on the red brick wall. We stopped by for an elephant chai latte and an affogato. The chai latte was a little too sweet for me but it had strong chai flavor. The affogato was a very good balance between the coffee and the gelato / ice cream. A good place to hang out.
