Tesla Pizza & Concept — Restaurant in Vienna

Unfortunately had a terrible experience here. We called ahead of time to place a reservation and was told that they were currently busy and to come at 7:45pm. Upon arrival, many tables were free and we were promptly seated. Ordered 2 pizzas and drinks. Drinks came within a reasonable amount of time. 45 minutes later, the food still hadn't arrived. The server came by to tell us that the pizzas still needed longer. We understand sometimes it could be busy, but the restaurant was not full, but still we said it was fine. Finally, after one hour and fifteen minutes of placing our order, the server comes back and tells us, sorry no more pizzas left for the night. We asked what was available and was told only appetizers. We asked for the bill. No compensation and also no apology given despite waiting an hour. Extremely disappointed with the service and experience. Not nice to search for dinner starting at 9pm. An apology and comping one drink would have been acceptable. Good pizza - good vibes. Do you know this feeling, passing by a restaurant on your way to work, almost daily and always thinking - one day.. But you never go, because you keep passing and thinking. Sometimes it takes a random email, informing you about a new lunch special for local businesses. And suddenly you do remember your thought and you jump at the chance and... Turns out, you missed out and quite well at that. Tesla Pizza does surprise with a quality you would not expect, here in the heart of the 15th district, way off from other quite infamous pizza spots. The fresh and high-quality dough, excellent sauce and heaps of other tasty treats, become a delight for your taste buds, from the first zesty bite. Very nice and forthcoming staff will take care of you, either on the spot - dining in, over the phone, or even via email. Give them a try and be delighted. Bring your friends, family, co-workers, fans, followers - bring everybody, because the people at Tesla Pizza really did their very best and delivered amazing pizza so...

Ursprünglich hatte ich eine 1-Sterne-Bewertung für mein kürzliches Essenserlebnis in diesem Restaurant abgegeben, aber ich freue mich sagen zu können, dass das Management des Restaurants meine Bedenken mit außergewöhnlicher Sorgfalt und Professionalität behandelt hat.

Die Pizzen, die hier serviert werden, sind durchweg ausgezeichnet, weshalb ich dieses Restaurant häufig besuche. Bei meinem letzten Besuch gab es jedoch einige Probleme mit dem Service, die mich unzufrieden gemacht haben.

Trotz dieser anfänglichen Probleme hat mich das Management des Restaurants mit seiner kundenorientierten Einstellung wirklich beeindruckt. Sie kümmerten sich umgehend um mein Anliegen und erstatteten mir den zu viel bezahlten Betrag. Ich konnte ihr echtes Engagement für die Kundenzufriedenheit und ihre Fähigkeit Probleme professionell zu lösen, spüren. Vor allem der Restaurantleiter zeigte Verständnis und entschuldigte sich aufrichtig für die früheren Versäumnisse.

In Anbetracht der Bemühungen des Restaurants die Situation zu bereinigen, ändere ich meine Bewertung von 1 Stern auf volle 5 Sterne. Unser Besuch hatte zwar seine Tücken, aber das Gesamterlebnis, insbesondere die proaktive Reaktion des Managements, spricht Bände über ihr Engagement für ihre Kunden. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

I initially left a 1-star review for my recent dining experience at this restaurant, but I'm pleased to say that the restaurant's management handled my concerns with exceptional care and professionalism.

The pizzas served here are consistently excellent, which is why I frequent this establishment. However, on my last visit, I encountered some service issues that left me dissatisfied.

Despite these initial issues, the restaurant's management has truly impressed me with their customer-focused approach. They promptly addressed my concerns and reimbursed the overcharge. I could sense their genuine commitment to customer satisfaction and their ability to manage and rectify concerns professionally. The restaurant manager, in particular, demonstrated understanding and a sincere apology for the earlier lapses.

Considering the restaurant's efforts to rectify the situation, I am revising my review from 1 star to a full 5 stars. While our visit had its challenges, the overall experience, particularly the proactive response from the management, speaks volumes about their commitment to their customers. We are definitely...
