The Catch — Restaurant in Vienna

Despite the other positive reviews saying the products are fresh, I must question the place's hygiene practices. When I arrived at the restaurant, it was very hot inside, but despite of that, the salmon was lying on the table. The attendant cut it in front of me, and when I left the restaurant after having eaten my bowl (minus the salmon), the attendants were chatting while the uncut salmon was still on the table, completely exposed (and I repeat: it was very hot inside).

I hope the salmon was fresh and that this kind of behaviour was an exception, but I still believe they should be a bit more careful, especially...
