Austrian Delights in Need of a Revamp: An Excellent Culinary Experience Overshadowed by a Critical Hygiene Detail.

We chose to dine at this restaurant based on the recommendation of friends, and I must emphasize that if you are seeking an authentic Austrian experience, this establishment is the ideal choice. Its distinctive atmosphere is enriched by typical dishes perfectly paired with high-quality beers and wines.

However, when it came time to settle the bill, we were pleasantly surprised by the modest amount, considering the quality of the dishes and beverages we enjoyed. The value for money exceeded our expectations.

Regrettably, the enchantment generated by our culinary experience was tarnished during a visit to the restroom. I found this area of the establishment extremely disappointing; it resembled more of a neglected utility room, marked by an unacceptable level of dirt and dust. The restroom facilities were unclean and damaged, providing a hygiene service that starkly contrasted with the quality of the rest of the restaurant. This aspect not only fails to align with the expectations of the clientele but proves particularly unsuitable for those with accessibility needs, given the evident limitations. Very highly recommended!!!!!! We were visiting Vienna and craving spaetzle and found this gem... The food was AMAZING, from the hot chocolate to the soup to the cheese spaetzle. Service was Outstanding, very friendly and welcoming. My son literally drank the soup down to the last drop. The food is delicious and the prices are ok. Especially if you order the daily menu, that worth the price for sure and you get the same portion as if you'd have ordered it separately (for normal price).
