I haven't eaten any food but I'm sure it would be 10/10. Don Carlos is a great person to be around, the music, atmosphere and furniture make you feel at home immediately. The prices are amazing - the glasses might not be full, but unlike other bars they're not skimming on the alcohol. The people you'll meet here are genuine and earnest. Nice place and atmosphere. Would have given them 4 stars if it wasn’t for their false advertising. I went there because of the 2 euro advertising. “2 euros” for a small beer was in reality 3 euros. The best bar for pre-gaming! Competent and friendly staff, great music selection and drinks that actually taste pretty good. Most things cost 3€ now, but that's fine by me.
