Istanbul Kebab Restaurant — Restaurant in Zell am See

During my first visit to Zell am See, I decided to visit this Turkish restaurant, but my experience was extremely poor. The staff was very rude, especially the man who was working at the time. I saw him charging customers for doners before us and handling money with his gloves on. After that, he started preparing our doner with the same gloves. I told him that this wasn’t right and that he should change his gloves. He rudely pulled off the gloves, threw them into the bin, and glared at me as if I had done something wrong, not him.

In the end, I didn’t even eat the doner. The selection of toppings, like vegetables and salads, was very poor. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The table where they prepare the doners is dirty, his hands were dirty, he handles money and food with the same gloves, and he’s incredibly rude and unfriendly. The food is of low quality and bad taste. Please...

The service in this establishment leaves much to be desired. It’s rare to encounter such unpleasant behavior – the man who served us was extremely rude and treated us in a way that is simply unacceptable. I got the impression that tourists are treated significantly worse than local customers, which was evident during our visit.

The food was equally disappointing – reheated on a pan, lacking freshness, and the taste left much to be desired. Additionally, an unpleasant smell raised serious doubts about the quality of the ingredients. Unfortunately, stomach pains the following day only confirmed my concerns and the negative reviews from other customers.

I do not recommend this place and regret...

Worst Experience Ever! Ordered Pasta and waited 1 hour, they kept saying 5 more minutes , still didnt give us the food. Then when we asked them for the fifth time, they started bieng rude, telling us you want it or not , we are very busy. At the end we cancelled the order . Then they overcharged us for the burgers, told us fries are included in meals and then charged us for all of them . When we caught them in the bill , the guy started screaming, went mad ! ! ! We were on a trip to Austria, amazing country with the most amazing people, but worst experience with these people. Will never advise anyone to go here. The worst people ever....
