OroNero Bar & Ristorante — Restaurant in Baku City

We have made a reservation from 12 hours ago but when we arrived, we were seated at the worst table of the restaurant. They said they had reserved for other tables, but they took the customers who came on their feet without reservation to nice tables. When it comes to the food and service, we ordered a bottle of wine and when it was opened, the cork was dropped into it. The food we ordered was raw and bad. We even had to sent the beef to the kitchen to be cooked more. We tried to make it up to ourselves by eating desserts. We rushed out of the restaurant as soon as possible. If the money we spent in here was spent in Four Seasons' Restaurant, the quality, the ambience, the service and the food would be very different and better. I definitely do not recommend anyone having dinner here. The only one who tried to make it up to us was the chef of the waiters. So...

Food is perfect - bravo chef 🤌 . Service - perfect. And atmosphere you can check in video. I like everything. Just put 4 star because of Shisha. Italian restaurant and shisha- it is totally opposite things.. even in whole italy i have doubt if you can find the restaurant where you see serving shisha.
