Do-Doon's Kitchen — Restaurant in New Providence

Where do I start… I found that my experience with the service has been exceptional. The response time for all my queries have been quick and when they don’t have something I find they offer alternative options to compensate in the absence of what you truly want. I have tried the legume dinner, chicken wings, and soup joumou may I brag for the chef…absolutely delish and very light. None of my food choices were overly greasy, tasted old or burnt, no heart burn feeling as the food was not spicy neither overly seasoned. Most of all the food options I had were very yummy and “scrumptdilumpous” and all the meals I have tried were must comeback quality for sure! As for the atmosphere there is a lot of yard space to park and perhaps dine in your vehicle if the food his hitting for instant devouring, but it’s a takeout service, which is truly a short wait whether you walk up and order or call in your order. My recommendation is go and experience a taste of Haitian dish at Do Doon, it’s absolutely worth it. PS I’LL be back for the Haitian soup called Bouyon… now that does be Bussin’...

Dude, this place had the best food of our entire trip! And it was DELIVERED, via 3rd party app; we probably ended up eating it maybe 45 min after it was even packed up. And still the best. We got both the pork and the fish griot. The fish was whole, and I got two good sized ones! Every place we tried in Nassau served very over cooked fish, and this place did it perfect. Pork was flavorful and tender. We also tried wings (wings are breaded,FYI), as they do $1 wings on Wednesdays even for delivery! Several flavors to choose, we got spicy BBQ and it was so good. Conch fritters were flavorful, and I loved the chopped pieces of conch in it as I felt I got more conch this way. 10 stars, if I ever come back to Nassau, I’m eating here every day.

Whew Chall! I forgot to come back and tell you how good that food was 😩 I had your pork griot with pikliz banan and garden salad and I mean I sit right in y’all parking lot and ate THE WHOLE THING! I keep stopping to say I’d save some for my mommy but Chall she missed out that day! And I never eat a whole plate of food in one sitting! The food was about $18, took about 10 minutes and everything was perfectly fresh and hot.

Your product so far is top-tier [and I don’t even like fresh pork]! I can tell you no other place comes to mind first when I want good Haitian food!! I’ll definitely be back! Job well...
