McDonald's — Restaurant in New Providence

Went to McDonald’s Bradley st this morning, walked right in placed my order at 10:45am 2 hotcakes with sausage 1 oj. At 11:29am no breakfast, it was obvious that they were a lil backed up. Called for the manager she walked passed and went to another guest who had come in behind me. Other people who ordered hot cakes after me were being served Just awful asked for my money back . The order came as the manager was getting the refund Yes the young lady serving took the food back after I told her I was getting my money back Manager was not sympathetic she should not allow a customer who had been in the establishment for more than 30 minutes to walk out feeling frustrated and no breakfast Will never visit...

This location is very awful in pamdale Nassau Bahamas and I won't go back! I spend over $40.00 in food and only got 2 peice of napkin. This really bothered me the most, I asked for more napkins looking at the quantity of orders and the server to the wind only give me 2 single piece of napkins, which is bad service when you are paying for something. I ordered kids happy meals and it was put in a brown bag with out the kids toys and the sauces for the nuggets. When I ask the question I was told there wasn't any kids meal proper container and no sauces. But why this was not said from the beginning. Yesterday evening wife wanted McDonald's, after leaving the doctor on Collins Ave; we stopped on the drive thru there were 4 to 5 cars ahead of us it took us 25 minutes to reach the mic to order. After ordering it took another 15 minutes to get the order and when the customer service representative came I asked her what was going on, she rolled her eyes over, while saying we had to drop some fries.
