The Bouncer outside the outlet has excessive ego, once I was trying to visit the place during normal days 5:30 pm, I was planning to have my friends Party 13 people for another day, immediately he stopped me with harsh call "Where you think your going ?" I replied I came to visit the BAR to check it out, he said today is private party "Private party at 5:30 pm at mid of week and non in the area no people going in or out and place just opened. And he is even not polite he could said sorry sir place is fully booked", same time I tried to check their whatsup reservation, I didn't get proper answer they said you are welcome if mixed group.. ?? common it's mid of week 05:30 pm is that place normal. let's pass this scenario. I tried to book a 6 days ahead of my party, the whatsup person who is answering he/she should state the place has 2 different slots for booking before 10 pm and after 10 pm they don't even understand their own rules and polices. in compare to other restaurants/lounges in same category like Escobar/iconic/Lanterns and you name it they clarify this clearly if u want to book on which slot.

my advice to the place administration provide some social skills training to your Mr.Ego bouncer at the entrance it's not a wrestling stage it's just a restaurant and I know you want to maintain proper healthy place to avoid low classy people to enter but you need to behave properly. also provide extra training to your whatsup booking person they need more skills.

I hardly was be able to book but forget about booking for the week ends it's all booked over the horizon of time (seems they are picky on who can book on week ends or they have pre selected people to enter on week ends, I have friend who can book anytime seems they know him anyhow I updated the review) . don’t usually write reviews, but this place left me disgusted on a level I never imagined and what happened to my friend and me here was beyond unprofessional it was outright humiliating and abusive

First, my female friend was not only disrespected, she was harassed. Staff members made disgusting comments to her face, laughing and mocking her background, even going as far as saying they hate where shes from Who even says that in 2025? Racism, open and raw When she stood up for herself, they kicked her out, leaving her belongings inside. Imagine being a woman in a foreign environment, humiliated, pushed out, and your things locked away inside like you don’t even matter I tried to intervene, and instead of helping, they turned their aggression on me. One of them shoved me, another threatened to “call security” as if we were the problem. Can you imagine? Victims being treated like criminals The place itself is filthy. The bathrooms smell like a dumpster, rooms are unclean, and the staff act like they’re doing you a favor by letting you breathe there. I even found bugs crawling near the bar, and when I pointed it out, they laughed it off like it was nothing. Add to that the shouting, the arrogance, and the sheer lack of basic human decency you’d think you walked into some nightmare, not a place where people are supposed to feel welcome , This isn’t just bad service. This is toxic, dangerous, hateful behavior. If you value your dignity, your safety, and your peace of mind, do yourself a favor: stay far, far away. I went to the place last Friday and we had two reservations for two different tables with different names. They did not accept to give us two tables and the reason was that you know each other! This is an illogical reason! They put us in one table even though we had reserved two tables! Then they told us that you must take your drinks from the bar because your number of people has become larger! On top of that, there is a person named Ahmed, of Egyptian nationality, who was forcing us to ask for whatever he wanted! Example : (you should order bottles not single cup) He treated us in a rude manner because we did not ask for what he wanted! I don't know whether we are the customers or him! Then the bodyguard came and said to the bartenders, “Do not take an order from them.” They meant us with their words, and all this was because we did not respond to Ahmed’s requests. I think he was the one in charge of the tables or something like that.
