Gulf Court Hotel — Hotel in Bahrain Island

I regret choosing this place for my husband's stay. I blame the wrong assessment on booking.com They are very bad More than you can imagine They forced my husband to pay for full board after he was already paid for breakfast included on booking. Com And they said you have to pay or go out and you will not take your reservation money back because it is no refund So because of Corona if you don't pay for full board go sleep at street The check in takes more than 1 hour What I know that when you reserve online no body can ask you to pay more if you don't ask for more services But they forced him for services that he didn't ask And forced him to pay and they took advantage that he was in a country other than his And they prevented my husband from gitting out from room for 5 days although he is immuned against Corona And till now they didn't return the breakfast fees I don't know how they have a good rate on booking They don't worth it Even the manager speaking so badly Like he dealing with a person who ask him to give him his money No customer respect at all I will not stop telling on all social media about what they did by proofs about how they far from hospitality They are very taken advantage of because of Corona and I would not advise anyone to stay in a place with this poor level of service and respect for...

Well maintained and serviced hotel. Stayed with husband for 3 nights and 4 day. Staff are very friendly. Room service available on phone call. I was very much worried about the cleanliness of room and washroom but I wasn't disappointed. Cleanliness was on point. Toiletries are provided and hot water, wifi available 24x7 Towels are provided in all the bathroom. There is also a fridge, dryer and bathtub depending on the type of room you book. Mine was deluxe king room. There is a fitness club and also swimming pool in 10th floor. Though we didn't try the food over there because we came on vacation and were out for most part of the day. In fact, I lived in this hotel about 5 years ago or a little more.

Everything was fine with the reception and the rooms, except for last week to stay again.

And although I booked late, I received confirmation from the hotel confirming the reservation about 5 hours before my arrival. .

I was surprised that the receptionist told me I would make sure the rooms were available! After about 15 minutes, the room was made available, and when I entered the room, there was an annoying sound coming from the air conditioner.

They sent the maintenance employee and told me that it cannot be fixed now, I will ask the receptionist to change the room.
