I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mirai, and I was blown away by the quality of the food. The shrimp Gyoza was light and tasty, the tuna pizza was perfectly served, and the salmon/tuna nagiri was simply divine. The hand roll was also a highlight, with its fresh, delicate flavors.

The filling is not flavoured enough sweet and chilli crispy shrimp 10/10 Gender and crispy squeezing of the lemon is elevating the flavour. Party in your mouth mushroom rice 8/10 They mix it in front of us in shot stone. I believe it will be more flavourful if it comes mixed already where the rice absorbs the same nicely.
