Starbucks — Restaurant in Bahrain Island

I ordered 2 black tea with mint leaves added.. but the employee said to me:" we don't have mint leaves " I told him it's okay, I just want black tea .. Meanwhile, I saw behind him a box filled with mint, and I said to him why do you say that you have no mint?

He said it's for other drinks!! I told him you denied the existence of mint at all.. He said that mint is placed on demand with tea.!! Oh my God, what is this evasion and manipulation!! Employees should be given a lesson to deal transparently with customers and not deal with them in ways of spinning and manipulating words

I ordered Grande Soya latte and the coffee taste horrible, I asked the Barista how many shots in Grande? He said 2, and he asked me that I’m not taste the coffee, I said no. And he wants to give me another shot from the coffee machine which already been there for a while. I told him how many second that the coffee bean purring in the glass he can’t answer he just said it’s still warm. I was ISLC for Starbucks and feeling so shamed. How that Barista get certified if he can’t answer simple questions and give me very bad coffee. I paid that coffee with money...

1/5 bad coffee, I’ve visit this shops for 3 times, an every time I get the worst Starbucks coffee experience, other branch’s are much better. I’m so disappointed that such a unique branch has this low rating.
