CUT is hands down one of my favorite restaurants, and I would easily rate it 5 out of 5! The ambience is absolutely beautiful—very elegant and upscale, with a cozy and welcoming vibe. It’s located in the Four Seasons Hotel, and from the moment you walk in, the staff and service are exceptional: friendly, attentive, and always professional.

I’ve visited several times, and this recent visit was another amazing experience. We ordered the black bass with saffron risotto, which is one of my all-time favorite dishes. The risotto has a unique and delicious twist—rich and flavorful. I personally like my fish a bit lemony, so I usually ask for a touch of lemon on top, and it pairs perfectly.

We also had the mac & cheese—absolutely delicious but very rich, so keep in mind that the portion can easily serve 2–3 people. Another favorite is the butter lettuce salad. We sometimes substitute the goat cheese with Philadelphia cream cheese, which the kitchen is always happy to accommodate.

I’ve also had their filet mignon, cooked medium-well, and it’s consistently tender and flavorful—especially with the pepper sauce. The French fries are also a must-try—crispy, perfectly seasoned, and one of their best sides.

To drink, we had the Leche—a summery, refreshing cocktail with berry and strawberry notes. It’s light and perfect to balance out the richer dishes.

For dessert, we had the dark chocolate soufflé, which is always a standout—rich, indulgent, and perfectly done. This time, the team also treated me to their new ice cream bar on the house, as a kind gesture since I’m a regular. It was a lovely surprise! The ice cream bar reminds me of a gourmet Snickers—rich, a bit heavy, but definitely worth a try if you’re into decadent desserts.

Overall, the experience at CUT is consistently excellent. The food, the ambiance, and especially the warm and attentive staff make it a standout dining destination. Highly...

Everyone knows about CUT at the Four Seasons where you can find a good Friday brunch and a solid lunch/dinner. But did you know about CUT's Chef's Table Experience?

Attending a Chef's Table Experience is a perfect way to celebrate something, whether it is some type of life milestone achievement or you just feel like going to treat yourself to something special just because. You have to make reservations ahead of time and you'll be seated in the kitchen for the entirety of your dinner. They offer wine or non-alcoholic beverage pairings with each course.

Since the kitchen dining experience is tailor-made to your tastes and preferences, you can email/call and provide to their culinary team whatever your food and drink flavor profiles/favorites are (to include special wine requests). Try not to be too specific so that the culinary team can use their creative skills to come up with something really unique and special.

During your dinner, you'll see the culinary team cook your multi-course meal. You won't know what each course is until it comes out (for the element of surprise!) but at the end of the experience you'll get a menu for keepsake of all the courses you had that evening. You'll also be taken care of by the sommelier for the duration of the meal, with wine presentations that match your flavor preferences.

Special thanks to Chef Krishna and his amazing team and Sommelier Gokul for presenting food/wine that matched perfectly to our preferences! It was a truly unforgettable experience!

Attire: Smart Casual

Chef's Table reservations available only during the week since during weekends, the kitchen gets hectic with the regular customers in the normal dining area and the team there won't be able to provide the attention your...

Embarking on the culinary journey at CUT, I was impressed by the rich and diverse menu that greeted me, a true testament to the expertise and commitment to quality that the restaurant embodies.

The highlight of my dining experience was undoubtedly the Wagyu beef taco. This dish was a magnificent symphony of flavors and textures, a culinary ballet where the rich, tender Wagyu beef danced harmoniously with the crunch of a perfect taco shell. Each bite was an exploration of rich, layered flavors, a gastronomic masterpiece that lingered delightfully, urging you to take the next bite.
