Charlie 14 — Restaurant in Dhaka Metropolitan

Visited this restaurant for the first time while staying in Uttara for one night to catch our flight next morning. Didn't want to venture too far from hotel and this place was about 50 meters away. To begin with, the staff were courteous. We ordered two starters, two main meals and two mocktails. Main meals were a chicken dish and beef ribs. The two mocktails and starters were lovely. Mini chicken kievs were really nice. My wife's main meal (chicken dish) was also tasty. Now when it comes to my main meal consisting of beef ribs served with mash potatoes and sautéed veg, the mash tasted like it was old and tasted a little off. The beef was so tough, it was like cutting into a 10 year old leather hide, very very chewy and didn't taste nice at all. The other gripe I had with this place is, when you order starters and main meals for 2 people, you would expect the dishes for both people to be served at the same time. Unfortunately, they served our starters and main meals one at a time so one of us was watching while the other ate. I complained over the whole experience, they gave me a 100 taka discount but I wouldn't be going there again if I'm in the area in the future. Plenty of other good restaurants...

I had an Oreo milkshake (270tk) and my friend had a chocolate milkshake (270tk) as they were out of KitKat milkshake. It's a very chic kind of restaurant. The ambience was really nice but I really didn't like the stuff. They kept gawking at us, it was weird. Their kitchen is just beside the sitting space . The blender had such noise that it was impossible to talk there. Now about the drinks. The decorations were very good . But the Oreo milkshake was absolutely horrible. it was so overwhelming for me. I have had Oreo milkshake otherwise so I know how they are supposed to taste. I don't think I would ever go to that place not even...

The environment here is awesome—clean, calm, and inviting. The decoration, filled with cool colors and complemented by soft melody songs, made our evening truly fabulous. The food quality is excellent and unique to their style, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff is very friendly and professional, adding to the overall pleasant experience. To make the most of your visit, try to avoid going on Friday and Saturday evenings, as it can get quite busy. If you can, your evening will be really, really fabulous at this place.
