SAO 26 — Restaurant in Dhaka Metropolitan

Here we are with the review of @lovesao26 , a little comfy place in Uttara. The food we tried are - ●Jamaican chicken - 345tk. ● 4/10! ○That comes with an egg pouch on the top of the rice and a refreshing vegetable mixed salad. But sadly the chicken was smelling kinda weird and it felt inappropriate to eat. ● Garlic prawn with cheese - 280tk. ●7/10. ○This comes with French fries and a pickle kinda sauce too! Altogether tastes kinda okay but not upto the mark if you're not a die hard fan of prawn. But the satisfying part comes when they came with a little writing pad to get a review at the end & on that we wrote the report about that chicken and they immediately came to us apologising very politely to try their another chicken steak right away. ●The complementary for the Jamaican chicken was the PERI PERI CHICKEN. That absolutely tasted great. 9/10! It was well cooked and juicy with a very different tangy flavour. ●Overall it was good. We ordered a soft drink and water with it. Altogether with the 15% vat in total price was 759tk. Their behaviour was polite and humble enough. ☆ A GENTLE TIP ~ You could use this place for visiting if you wanna get away from the busy streets of dhaka and get along with the silence of the nature a bit. There's a little walkside beside that place. You could absolutely use a walk there...

However, while the prices are commendable, there is room for improvement in terms of the menu card. The previous menu card, which I had the opportunity to peruse, was more user-friendly and convenient to navigate. It's a shame that the new menu lacks the same level of clarity and ease of use.

Despite this minor setback, the overall experience at SAO 26 remains positive. The environment is tastefully designed and contributes to a pleasant dining atmosphere. The well-appointed furnishings, combined with soothing lighting, create an intimate and comfortable setting. Whether you're dining with friends or having a romantic evening, SAO 26 provides a cozy and inviting ambiance.

Was my first visit here, seeing good reviews of 4.3 went there, after parking our car while entering found out this inclined entrance out of no where, no markings or warning signs, both of us stumbled and fell due to that, would have justified it if they had provision for wheelchair, however , sat on one of the tables and the waiter gave us the menu, ordered Mac n Cheese and Cheesy Fries and asked him to show Beef Stroganoff on the menu but he kept on searching the menu , flipping pages from start to last, and finding no other way admitted that he had no idea where Beef Stroganoff is on the menu, being the staff of the Sao 26 he has no idea about the menu then what training or customer management guidelines does Sao 26 provide to the customers???
