Pinky Bandinsky — Restaurant in Minsk

Food was delicious (ordered steak and warm salad plus wine), Christmas decorations amazing. However the visit was spoiled by judgmental look/attitude of the personell. Visited this place on 07.12.23 15:50 just for a quick lunch. Administrator (about 165cm girl with short brown hair) looked at me with quite judgmental look, checking if I can order smth more then water and said there were no free tables and offered to sit at the bar. I have noticed several free tables, especially one behind the bar, asked if we can take it, as we will only quickly eat and go (ca 45-60 min), she said - definitely no, as that table has reservation at 16:00. neither at 16:00 nor 16:15 not even until we left (16:50) no one came to that table and I had to eat my steak in quite uncomfortable conditions at the bar. When I told her again that during entire hour no one came and it was very unkind not to offer us a sit, asked her name to write the review - she turned her back and left. As said - food was great, decorations as well, bartender kind and helpful, but the entire visit was spoiled by this weird attitude. In moments like this you feel, yes, you are indeed in Belarus - which is quite sad, as overall I think the owner wants to have high standards for the restaurant, but this judgemental mentality is smth I...

Good bar/restaurant, casual and relaxed, very nice dishes at very reasonable prices. The bar / social table is very nice to sit, just a few suggestions to the management: in the winter time it's too hot to sit inside, this is a common problem in many restaurants/bars in Minsk, as if the management has no control of the heater. So it gets too hot and I usually have to open the window a bit. The should replace the bar stools, although they probably think they are some original pieces, they are totally unefficient: super heavy, unconfortable, and if you try to pull one up, you risk to detouch it from the base. Also, the metal can that they use to hold froks and knifes, it falls all the time, another thing to be replaced :). Lots of beers and cocktails, but the wine choice is a bit poor and not the best quality, for instance they sell a Zenato prosecco for 12 rubles, which appears cheap but the quality is below the average, they should opt for prosecco Bolla, well available in Minsk. White wines: strong suggestion, get the Soave Classico , it's quite cheap at the super market and the best...

Резюме: Перекусить вполне нормально (не очень люблю это слово, хотя читателю будет ясно это ранжирование); но атмосфера, созданная персоналом, стимулирует больше никогда не выходить в публичные места. Если вы среднестатистический человек без претензий на атмосферность, но с желанием пообедать в центре города за оптимальную цену — можете не стесняться.

За еду (обеденное меню, другого не пробовал) 3.0 За атмосферу 1.0. Строг как русские судьи на состязаниях по фигурному катанию :)

Организовывал встречи, как раз успел на бизнес-ланч. Меню волне приятное, на 10 рублей можно пообедать комплексом из трех блюд.

Трапеза вышла без особых изысков. Вполне как в неплохой столовой. Для бизнес-ланча и если вы в хорошей компании — оптимально.

Однако, то ли мне "повезло", то ли такова культура, но взаимодействие с людьми, ответственными за комфорт посетителей, совершенно не сложилось. Мне не хотелось портить себе настроение, поскольку считаю себя не вправе комментировать поведение взрослых людей, но моя визави не удержалась и сделала замечание, когда официант (некрасивое слово, подумаю над эвфемизмом) словно нарочно опрокинул сосуд с приборами, когда его убирал. Это стало апогеем. Конечно, данной эскападе предшествовал ряд пассажей, которые можно распознать как принебрежение к посетителю, хотя я всегда очень вежлив с персоналом, ведь от них, в первую очередь, зависит атмосфера времяпровождения (ну и не хочется, чтобы в твой крем-суп как бы случайно, но в отместку попало чье-то ДНК - читать с юмором).

Мне этот контекст навеял мысли: нужно нам всем перестать мыслить категориями "обслуживающий персонал"! Ведь мы все в той или иной степени кого-то "обслуживаем"... И если в свое поведение вложить созидательный императив, то относиться к делу стоит не обслуживая, а создавая атмосферу. Демонстрировать не подчинение, а приглашение в гости, где вы можете помочь гостям попасть в вашу атмосферу. Ведь еду можно и на дом заказать или в столовой набрать. А атмосфера — это то, что вдохновляет вас прийти снова, ну или уйти навсегда.
